Training

Every state has a law that protects rescuers. This is also known as the “Good Samaritan Law.”

Regarding training, the law states a person who possesses an AED shall require expected users to complete successfully a course in AED/CPR that is offered or approved by the American Heart Association or another nationally recognized organization.

This class (HeartSaver Adult CPR and AED) presents information about the adult chain of survival, signs and symptoms of heart attack, cardiac arrest, stroke, and choking. Learn to perform the steps of CPR and relief of obstructed airway. You are also trained to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), used in conjunction with CPR to treat sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) caused by ventricular fibrillation (VF).

Contact LifeServers so that we can help you craft an AED/CPR training program that meets your specific requirements.
